This is my second season as a member of the Sweethearts for Soldiers and I feel honored to have been selected to be a part of this wonderful organization. Being a part of the Sweethearts is truly a blessing in the sense that I am able to be a part of a group dedicated to giving back to those who work each and every day to protect our country. 

This upcoming year is going to be amazing and I am looking forward to all that is on the horizon. During my years of cheering in the NFL I was fortunate to have the opportunity to participate in two different military tours.  It was during these trips that I developed even more respect and admiration for our service men and women and what they do for our country.  The dedication and commitment that each one of these individuals has is truly remarkable and I am thankful that they continue to work each and every day to keep us safe.

One of my most memorable moments as a Sweetheart came during an appearance where the father of a soldier who lost his life in Iraq thanked us for what we were doing and for our dedication to giving back to the troops.   Moments such as that one that put everything into perspective and allow me to realize that I am truly blessed to be able to use my talents and skills to bring laughter and smiles to all of the amazing members of the Armed Forces!
