• Must be on active duty with the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines or Coast Guard and have a valid military email address.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

• The Sweethearts for Soldiers organization “Calendar CRAZE” sweepstakes will be accepting entries online starting at 12:00:01 AM (EST) on July 12th 2010 and ending on 11:59:59 PM (EST) on July 18th 2010.  Proof that you entered your form or submission does not constitute proof or evidence that an entry was actually received within the sweepstakes period.  Participants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries.  All entries submitted become sole property of the Sweethearts for Soldiers organization and will not be acknowledged or returned.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

• Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws. Participation  in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.  Entrants agree to our privacy policy a copy of which can be received by sending a request and a self addressed stamped envelope to 4948 Voltaire St Suite Suite1, San Diego, CA 92107

HOW DO I ENTER?

• One entry per person.  You may enter online at www.sweetheartsforsoldiers.org  and click on “Calendar CRAZE.”  After selecting your favorite photo of each Sweetheart and filling out the required information, click submit.  Submitting an entry constitutes agreeing to the terms of these Official Rules and all decisions are final.

ENTRY FORM REQUIREMENTS

• Entry form requires full name, rank, military email address, address and phone number. 

PUBLICITY CONSENT

• By submitting an entry or accepting a prize, where permitted by law, each winner grants the Sweethearts for Soldiers organization (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) and those acting pursuant to the authority of the Sweethearts for Soldiers organization, irrevocable right without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, the World Wide Web, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, his/her Entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

WINNER'S IDENTITY & OFFICIAL RULES

• Prize winners' name and military branch, as well as a version of these Official Rules, suitable for printing, may be posted on the Sponsor's web site and the Sweethearts for Soldiers website as well as on Facebook and/or various other media outlets.  All entrants will be automatically signed up for the Sweethearts for Soldiers official newsletter.  You may opt out of receiving the newsletter at anytime by clicking on the “opt out” section of the newsletter.

PRIZE DETAILS AND WINNER SELECTION

• Each entry will be assigned a number starting with the number (1) for the first entry so forth until the close of the sweepstakes.  Five winners will be chosen in lottery form and will receive one of the following; one pair of Wiley tactical gloves or an autographed copy of “Senators Son,” and Iraq war novel written by former USMC Captain Luke Larson.  The odds of winning one the prizes will be determined by the number of entries received. Winners have one week to respond to the Sweethearts for Soldiers organization after being notified of their winnings.  If winner does not respond within said timeframe they then forfeit their winnings and another lottery will be held to pick the next winner.
